Exchanges:

  • If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Once we verify the damage, we will guide you through the process for an exchange.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Only damaged items will be eligible for exchange.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with the original packaging intact.

  • Products must be returned within 3 days of delivery to qualify for an exchange.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:

  • All jewellery products, including both imitation and silver pieces, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged during shipping.
